Overview
Our hospitality and tourism subjects provide a solid foundation for further studies and careers in these dynamic fields. Students learn both theoretical and practical skills for today’s workplace.
Study pathways and careers can include Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Tourist Information Centre Management or Travel consultancy.
Students learn about current approaches and issues within the food and hospitality industry. They learn about relevant technology, health and safety, food production issues, trends, and consumer protection.
Learners develop an understanding of tourism, the industry and its impacts. They investigate local, national, and global tourism, and explore tourism as a business.
