All South Australian schools are encouraged to enrol students in AIF from semester 1, 2025. For schools that are not ready to implement AIF, the Research Project can be offered in 2025, but will not be available for teaching in 2026.

The roadmap below provides an overview of the range of support, including face-to-face events, that the SACE Board will provide to assist schools in preparing for AIF. All schools are encouraged to attend these sessions in preparation for implementation, even if they are not intending to offer AIF in 2025.

The 2024 AIF Professional Learning events have concluded. New session dates will be released soon for 2025.
