• systems and processes are solid 
• teachers and leaders are supported through continuity and stability. 

Operational excellence is about partnering with our operational partners to deliver and improve operation systems and processes. It involves two things:

• using insights to inform process and system improvements 
• shaping and refining our workflows and procedures 

There are three focus areas through operational assessment systems that a qualification for a changing world will rely upon:

• improving management and delivery of examinations 
• coordinating the steps to produce fair, valid and reliable results 
• improving assessment panellist processes. 

Through our enterprise systems and digital products we will: 

• identify ways that technology can support efficiency 
• unlock potential solutions to reduce administration.
