Students explore the factors that affect health and wellbeing and make decisions about them. They look at the role of health and wellbeing, and how to create positive outcomes for individuals, communities and global society.
The study of outdoor education develops students' connection with natural environments. This leads to personal growth, social skills self-confidence, initiative and leadership skills.
