Support for SACE schools
We have a large number of teaching and learning materials to help you plan and deliver the SACE. These include recommended textbooks, workshops and events, assessment guidance and exam preparation materials, and a dedicated, subject-specific e-learning platform (PLATO) to equip teachers with complete guidance to teach the SACE confidently.

Kiteworks is a secure file-sharing application that enables you to easily access SACE information and resources anytime, anywhere.

PLATO is the SACE Board's online professional learning platform. It provides teachers with greater access to the SACE Board's professional learning at a time and place that suits them.
Subject-specific e-learning is available for all SACE teachers to enable them to teach the SACE confidently.
Teachers can access PLATO courses using their Schools Online password.
The SACE has 2 intakes for International schools.
The calendars contain up-to-date information on key activities throughout the year, and the dates and time for examinations.
First intake (from January)
Mid-year intake (from July)
Schools Online is the SACE Board's web-based application for schools to enter and manage enrolments, results and reporting.
Information includes:
External assessment materials for all Stage 2 subjects with an investigation are submitted online for marking.
School assessment materials for all Stage 2 subjects are submitted. online for moderation.
Teachers submit materials in Schools Online using accepted file names and formats.
Materials related to past examinations can be found on Kiteworks or by using the link for each SACE subject to access details on the SACE Board website.
